Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone! I’ve been playing GW2 since pre-release, and my first character (she is also my main) is a Charr Ranger. I will admit, the armor choices for Charr leave much to be desired in my opinion (especially the gals), and I’ve struggled to find a good “Ranger look” for her. Any ideas?

I must admit, even though Rox uses a mix of all obtainable armors (nothing special like Braham) I like her look. Does anyone know which armor set(s) she uses specifically?

Medium, as with light, is almost universally terrible on Charr.

Rox uses Mist Walker Shoulders (WvW), Seeker’s Coat (low level PvE drop I think) and T1 Cultural boots. Not sure on the gloves/pants.

Kryta from the shop, mixed with a few other skins (T3 cultural for example) can look pretty well.
And Arah medium, like said above.

This is what I use for my ranger… My Main is looking for SOME other good looking Medium armour that is not a coat though… Hard to find to say the least.

Oh wow, I LOVE this. What are you using for the body/chest? I would love something like that that’s not a coat as well.
The rest is Krytan, right?
(Also what color are you using for the Gold-ish hue? Looks great!)

The chest is Charr T3. The rest is krytan. The shoulders are…. hmm whats the name for them. The skin can be found at TP and COSTs about 4 g. I wear a different dye now but its no expensive yellow dye actually…

It’s wonderful! I really like it. Time to save up for that T3 chest piece!
If you remember the shoulders and/or the dye color that would be great, I’m loving how gold it looks – nice and realistic!

Now while I’m logged in. The shoulders are called “Deathtly avian palundrons” Make sure u pick medium ones as they come for all armourclasses.

They dye… Not 100% sure as I have different colors on atm (and there is no way to save dye templates) but it may have been the one called “buttercream” that is used as the Bright golden-looking dye.
