Guild Wars 2

(specifically coats) Playing an Engineer Charr for almost 100+ hours I’ve become sick of how my tail clips and the blukyiness of coats available. The Arah armor is by far the best looking imo. But isn’t exactly ‘Engineer’ like. I like the look of my temple hat and shoulders (rugged if in PvP) But I have yet to find a coat to go with it that doesn’t terribly clip my tail.

Anybody know of one?

My favorites are the Dover Coat (Cultural T1) The Inquest Coat, The dualist coat (The first “leather” set in the PvP locker, it’s the first set under medium armor) and the priory coat looks awsome as well if you happen to belong to that order. But not sure what aesthetic you’re looking for so they might not go with your other pieces

I actually use the Commando coat, shoulder, and pants on my engineer, I like how it looks with all the pockets and pouches to keep his gadgets in! sadly it does not seem to be possible to get the full set of commando armour (including a nice hat) outside of PvP gear :P I used tier 3 charr culture boots as I think the Iron claw covers and cleets suit an engineer, and the baggynes of the commando pants means I can wear them without them clipping, which happens on a lot of other leggings and those boots.
