This is bad! I think i found only human (especially for Kiel and Dessa’s mouth is not moving)
Why your team remove this? I think it’s quiet nice idea to let charr’s mouth speak like in real life.

Possibly a bug? I’ve not noticed my Charr’s mouth stop moving…
I have never seen Scarlet’s mouth move though. Always erks me.
I reported this as a bug whilst in game a few days ago. I want it back. naow.

I believe this came with the last big patch, but I’m not sure about this.
