Hello. Trying to get the Charr cultural armor achievement “Charr Specialty Armor” but I can’t seem to unlock it. I currently have 17/18 and can’t max it even after buying other gear available gear. Buying them is adding to the Fashion Forward achieve but not this one. Am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks for the help.

If you still have all your Cultural pieces equip them again to make sure they register in the wardrobe. You can also check the Cultural vendor and look at each piece to see if the skin is unlocked or not.

Still not working. Bought and equipped the items, tried my Charr thief and got some medium armor to try it that way as well. And have been checking to see if its unlocked or not, plus the “skin unlocked” pops in the corner. Bug maybe?

I am experiencing this as well, kind of annoying. Been stuck on 17/18 since the wardrobe was introduced.

I suppose it’s possible that a bug has been introduced with the addition of the Wardrobe, but my suspicion is that progress for The Emperor and the individual race achievements has remained independent of that system.

Don’t forget that the achievement requires you to purchase six pieces of cultural armor from each tier. This means you cannot fully unlock it by simply purchasing all of the light, medium, and heavy armors from T1 alone, even though these are technically 18 unique skins and will credit as such toward the Fashionable achievement and Wardrobe unlocks.

The achievement also requires that the pieces you purchase be of each armor type (helm, shoulders, etc.) such that you can’t minimize costs by purchasing multiples of a single type across each armor weight (i.e. buying the T3 light, medium, and heavy helms would only credit you for one piece). The most straightforward way to avoid this conflict is to purchase a complete set of a single armor weight from each cultural tier. You should look through your Wardrobe to see which pieces you are missing and be sure that you’ve done this.

Hope this helps.
