I’m often being referred to as “fluffy”…… I’m Charr! I dont wanna be “fluffy”…. Even though I’m a White, female charr i dont wanna be a fluffy…. Female charrs have way too many cute faces… Ther are some that look, not so cute, but its old, half blind and having broken off teeth…. Dont feel like being that either.

I wish there would be female charr faces that differs less from the male ones… or at least look more mean/beastlike. (posting a suggestion of a female charr face I’d like to have in-game.)

How do ppl referr to YOUR charr character? Plz let me know and plz post a screenie too.

I’m called “Kitty” and “Garfield” in my guild, in a funny way. I jump in with two axes and wreck chaos amongst the enemies :p

I recall a few that aren’t cute, but aren’t old like the blind face.

@ Ilien, yes it is… and its was me who suggested it there too… sadly few others have come up with any suggestions on faces, horns and hairs…

You are scary enough they call you that in order to make you seem less scary :P.

Sigh I know your feelings… I am the GM of my Guild, and some of my guildmates there are always calling me “Cat” or “Fat Cat”. I hate when they call me like that, so i decide ignore them…

Headgear = Sunglases Aviator (You cant get it anymore), Optional: Noble Mask (Leatherworker, Tier 5)

Shoulders = Rascal Shoulders (Leatherworker, Tier 4)

Gloves = Shaman Reward Gauntlets (CoF)

Coat = Rascal Coat (Leatherworker, Tier 4)

Pants = Rascal Pants (Leatherworker, Tier 4)

Boots = Medium Armageddon Boots (Drop in Fractals), Optional: Rubicon Boots (Orr Temples)

I love my set of globetrotter renegade, goes perfect with the story of my Charr.

My friend who plays human characters jokes about Charr saying we’re big enough to ride, etc. “Mounts in GW2 confirmed – Charr!”

Trust me, when the last dragon dies, and the treaty goes down, the curtain will fall on GW2, and we’ll look towards GW3. While everyone is on the hype train to GW3, ill be back here having a mass genocide against the humans. My fur won’t be so “fluffy” when its flattened by the blood dampening it down.

Most people call me by name. Though I do have a friend playing another charr male who I nicknamed “kitten”. Then again, he has quite the body~

Strangely, I’ve not been called fluffy to date, or at least not to my face.

Well… I Think it happens most to FEMALE charr… ;P Male charr have far more fearsome looks in general… apart from some faces that have been added later. It feels like there is a delicate balance between “good looking fearsome” and “ugly looking fearsome” also…

I was called "Sir"once… by some human in Ebonhawke.But you know..humans, no charr takes them serious anyway.

Never fluffy though, and i must disagree that it’s only the males that look impressive, the females do just fine in that department. It’s all just opinion anyway.
Have you ever heard the "battleroar"quotes on the females?….nothing cute about that.

Fluffy? I am the most intimidating charr out there. I don’t understand why people don’t take me seriously :s

They should fear my ferocious appearance, but they don’t for some reason.

Erik Dauntless… U’re true about u’r look. It IS fearsome indeed actually (one of the few female faces that are). What I personally don’t like about that face though is how the long fur details look glued onto the face…. The Creation of those details could have been far more detailed and carefully done. Just look at the sylvaris and their details…..

Thanks, Frostfang. I know exactly what you mean, they could have done better.
But i think (and i’m sure you and others agree) that the Charr are overall pretty much neglected since the beginning…. for example the clipping problems with armor, the tail clipping on nearly every new armor available, thoug the last ones seem to be doing better.
There are still alot of things that need fixing, for example tier 3 heavy shoulders, and not to mention the the tier 3 light pants wich looks like it wasn’t even made with Charr in mind… and i think some animations can do with a touch up.
Sorry for the rant, i just think Charr players deserve better

Erik. I agree with u.. I have made post about the clipping and other issues here Before. And just yesterday we got Another clipping outfit…. They aint getting my Money as long as they create things like that. No matter how good the rest looks – its clipping!!!. And I guess I’m not alone.

Its the very first thing I check – does an armour/outfit clip? If the answers is yes = no buy (Craft or whatever make u get it). That mekae me have VERY FEW options as a medium armour wearer with my main (+3000h).

My charr seems to have picked up “Big Kitty” in PVP.

well i usually get “chubby kitty” (whats partly my fault cause my engi is as small as you can make a charr , as “bulky” as you can make em and wears bulky armor together with the huge slickpack what makes her look almost as wide as tall. It doesnt matter to me. I get a joke

Well, I read on our forums that Charrs are planning an invasion on human territory so I’m spying… I just happened upon this charr cuteness overload of a thread!

well its always the cute silient and innocent looking types that raise the most hell. have the innocent looking stare in the rright light you can look quit edemented xD

The most recent one for my charr was getting called pretty in a dungeon run with PuGs.

I sometimes play WvW on my Charr warrior. On skype, my friends always say *This kitty goin’ in fightin’ * when I leap into a lot of enemy’s solo before they back me up. The phrase has grown on me a little and i find it quite amusing now. xD
