Guild Wars 2

Hi,
After 1-500 came 1-400 crafting starts to grow 7 lvl instead of 10lvl.?ts oke so far but there is only 3 of them who can go up to 500 but the other ones still stay at 400.? did chief and it gave me only 7lvl boost.?s this a bug since the chief cant go up to 500?

I hope this is a bug, or a kitten good excuse. It would be pretty kittening dumb if 5 professions only gave 7 levels now. I guess anet really does hate people with alts.
