I’m asking this because I really regret my decision of making an sylvari since I just can’t find the kind of gear on it that I want while human cultural armors look amazing, same goes for Charr.

I know it’s possible with some starter items like the guardian shoulders and such but does the same method work for legendary weapons?

As with many other people, I don’t have my legendary yet, but from what I have heard they are soul-bound, but whether it is on use or on acquire I don’t know.

It’s bound on use. I have my sunrise and would like to transfer it over to another character on my account, so that’s what I’m asking here. Is there a way to switch a soulbound item to another character, even if it’s just the skin.

In my opinion legendary or not bug with transfer soulbonded items should works…but its bug.

What about opening a ticket with Arenanet? Will they be able to move it to another character if asked?
