Here I am on my 80 Mes in Sparkfly Fen and ive bought all the rare and exotic karma recipes through the vendor for tailoring supplies. It clearly states ACCOUNT BOUND on all the recipes.

Then hop on to my 23 Ele in LA to find my tailoring recipes did not transfer over… what gives is this a bug or is it meant to say SOUL BOUND the same goes for my 400 artificer Mesmer none of the recpies are on my Ele if I change over to artificer as well?#!#!$?

Anyways I only included the top item for the screenshots for the sake of simplicity but I have all of them and none of them show up on my ele. I was hoping for community feedback but Anet feedback would be appreciated as well, thanks.

When you first purchase it, you need to put them into the bank, login on your other characters, put the item into their inventory bag, then double click to open them on the character you want them to be connected to. If you opened them all on your Mes, they become available only to your Mes now.

Ok thanks makes sense, the scroll is account bound and once used the recipe remains soulbound to that chacters crafting choice. Cheers thanks for clearing that up I get it now.
