All Exotic Gear Question
Skin and stat combination. Karma gear is nice as it’s “free” but they only come with certain stats, afaik you can’t get beserker through exotic karma gear.
What do you mean? And is the PVP vender in WvW outposts the only one who ells Exotic gear?
Im a Necro and if the exotic gear suks, im planning on farming Twilight Arbor for the gear. It looks sexy.

Exotic gear doesn’t suck, the only thing better than exotic is ascended but that is just for amulets / rings / earrings at the moment.
It doesn’t matter where it originally came from, all exotic gear has the same level of stats on it. What changes are the skins (how it looks) and the combination of stats on it (beserker, soldier, explorer, etc…)
You have to decide what stats work better for your character and play style. After you’ve made that decision you can either get it crafted and then work for the skin (look) you want and transmute it, or if you don’t care how it looks just aim straight for the combination of stats that you desire.
You will probably get a better response to what type of gear you should be aiming towards in the necromancer forums.

Is this bezerker/soldier/etc stuff like runes you add on the gear? Or are those classes of gear you cant change?
They are types of gear.
Apothecary’s – Cond. Dmg + Tough + Healing Pw
Berserker’s – Power + Precision + Crit. Damage
Carrion – Power + Vitality + Cond. Damage
Cleric’s – Power + Tough + Heal Power
Explorer’s – Power + Precision + Magic Find
Knight’s – Power + Precision + Tough
Rampager’s – Power + Cond. Damage + Precision
Valkyrie’s – Power + Vitality + Cond. Damage
These are your base stats for each type of armor. You can further customize each piece of armor by adding a rune or gem.
