I have a master jewler 400/400 and have purchased a couple of exquisite jewel recepies from the nearby vendor and can make those with no problem. The problem occurs when I try to use these exquisite jewels to make jewelry from. I put in the ingredients on the production table as usual and hey presto: " This looks like something. Craft the item to save the recepie! " However the ‘Craft’ button is greyed out and unclickable so I can’t. Am I doing something wrong here? Is this a bug? Is there a way around it? Thanks.

It hates you, you borrowed the ‘Craft’ button’s stereo and never gave it back.

The discovery tab is just that – for discovery. Once you have “discovered” an item, you can no longer make it though that tab. It’s intended as a one-off.

You should have the learned recipe in your known recipes tab. You can make as many as you want from there.

I know that much Snoflake, but what I mean is it’s not letting me craft one for the first time. It indicates that I have a perfect match of ingredients but won’t let me craft it and discover what they make. The button is grey’d out. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you sure you have enough of all the required items? Underneath each should be an x/x indicator (like 5/5).

^ says it all, sometimes its not obvious that you need 5 of those exquisite jewels to make the item. I mean it wouldnt be exotic if it wasnt hard to make XD

Or you need to check your inventory and make sure you actually have room.

5/5 is usually the issue. confused me the first time i started making exotic jewelry
