Why does it take four friggin’ logs to make one plank? Compare to Orichalcum which only requires two pieces of ore per ingot.
How is this fair when they are rarer than the Ori? You’re not even guaranteed one lousy plank per Ancient Sapling as it is very common to get three logs.
Actually, Ancient Wood Planks take 3 logs, not 4. The only plank that takes 4 logs is Soft Wood Plank. I remember that in launch, planks took 2 logs instead of 3, they changed it like a week after launch, so it must have to do to balance the crafting materials prices.
Beyond that, yes, it’s kind of annoying, specially since I’m trying to make Gift of Wood for my legendary. But even so, the Ancient Plank is actually cheaper in the TP than the Ori Ingots, so it’s not THAT bad. In general, wood is way cheaper than metal in the TP.
