This has particle effects, that makes me think if they ever release it there would be a smilar reaction to the flamekissed light armor.

There is a version of the Delaqua Family Blade that has a white, spirit-like flame along the blade. It is not available in the wardrobe and only visible by pasting the item code into the chat bar.
I suspect it is an NPC-only weapon that will be wielded by Belinda’s ghost in an upcoming LS chapter.
