A friend just transmuted his GS onto a Super skin and now it wont let him put agony resistance onto it! Is this a bug or you can’t transmute ascended stats on another skin?

PS: I looked over the forums and could not find a post relateable to this… And your ’’search’’ box never ever gives me anything :P you should fix it xD

I transmuted an ascended GS , the infusions carried over so it must be a bug. Contact Support.

I’d say your friend messed up something. I’ve transmuted three ascended weapons so far with no issues.

Ensure he transmuted the right stats over. I transmuted my asc staff onto a (yellow) super skin and still have infusion slots.

Either a bug or your friend needs to learn to transmute

I can confirm as well. I transmuted my ascended great sword with my volcanus and it worked just fine.

Also transmuted Volcanus and work perfectly fine.

Slightly related question. I’ve just got a new hammer and want to put the 25 stack power sigil on it. When I’m able to transmute the ascended hammer with this current skin, what happens about the sigil/infusions. Does a fourth category appear just for the infusions? Or if I put over the current sigil, does that override the new sigil slot and the infusion slots?

Same as normal… u first pick that skin then the stats then the sigil.

Unless you trans mutate an ascended with another ascended there’s no need for a 4th option as u only have one infusion stat setup to pick from.

“Ascended weapons have 4 stats, /Skin/Stats/Sigil/Infusions”

Nothing overrides the other when transmuting unless its of the same catagory and in that case you will have the option to pick from option A or Option B

you sure he is useing a offensive or omni infusion and not a defensive infusion(or trying to)
