The Exotic Inscription already is available again since weaponcrafting got raised to 500 and i expect the same of the Insignia and Azurite, once their crafting trades get raised to 500 as well.

A-net has put some of that stuff in your guild merchant vendor. You need guild commendations to buy them. They did that awhile ago.
