Nope, once a day. This includes temple, and world bosses.

Sorry but I think this is a yes and no, you can get daily dragonite from world bosses once PER CHARACTER PER DAY, you will only get the guaranteed rare once though (per day).

I believe it’s once per account. You can just test it out.

You can get dragonite ore from world boss chests and those spawn per character per day. You also get a bonus chest (the one that appears on top of you mini map) that drops a guaranteed rare per day per account

I have never heard of this chest that appears on your mini map. Can you elaborate?

Yes. The chest that spawns on the ground (and contains the dragonite) is once per character per day. The daily chest that pops up in the lower right corner (and contains a guaranteed rare/exotic) is once per account per day.

I can confirm that the dragonite is indeed per character.

You can do the Temple of Dwayna on three level 80 toons and get 90 dragonite ore for the day.

I’m swimming in dragonite because of this fact.

The empyreal fragments are slower to accumulate for me because the best source of those is dungeons (20 per run).

Exactly – I have been slacking for the last week (trying FF14) and I still have accumulated over 5K dragonite ore since the Ascended patch…
