The Stalwart Jerkin needs to be longer and cleaner looking. It is a kind of rare drop so i would think that it would look good. I think that if it went all the way down to the ankles, and if it didn’t have such a dirty look, it could be used more. All other medium armor looks weird and fake looking. I want something realistic, better shoulders too. Mostly the Jerkin though, wouldn’t you agree?

Rare drop. As in, NEVER DROPS. The only way to get any of this now is Personal Story, and only the chest piece is available.

Usually the gripe with medium armor is we need more variety and less raincoats. I’m of the same mind.

That is what I meant, in personal story it drops. It is basically difficult to get. I like the general look of the jerkin, but Iwant it to look a little better because of the difficulty in obtaining

The difficulty in obtaining the item has nothing to do with the quality of the skin. The item from the personal story is a LVL 39 BLUE piece of armor….why would it be in any way an exceptionally crafted, high-end, quality item?

The difficulty in obtaining it is simply a side effect of the introduction of the wardrobe system that removed the ability to obtain PvP skins any longer. They do need to review an alter the karma NPCs inventories with less emphasis on stats and more on the skins they offer now that the wardrobe system is in place.

Its not just about difficulty in obtaining, its the fact that most of, or all, the medium armour looks ridiculous and fake. I can barely fine any symmetrical, realistic looking armour. The closest thing is the stalwart jerkin so i use it and wish it looked better. Even if arena net made it harder to obtain. Or a different jerkin, something better than what they have provided for medium armour characters.
