Hello,
I have several characters who use a one handed sword:
Ranger (sylvari), Warrior (norn), Guardian (human), Thief (human) and Mesmer (human).
I like the sword on warrior, guardian, and ranger the most.
Are there any armor combinations that would look good with Bolt with these classes/races?

Bolt is far too flashy, imo.
There are better 1-H sword skins out there, and for far less of the commitment.
I like bolt too, but cba with farming XD
IMO armours that go well:
Asura Cultural – not good for you im afraid,
Any CoE set
Medium CM set
Medium Magitech
Any Zodiac – maybe
Light Acolyte/named
Human Light T3
Light Profane
Light Vigil
