Confused by crafting. See image below

I’ve selected “Mighty Green Inscription”, and it shows I need

1 x Green Wood Dowel
3 x Vial of Week Blood

I am pretty sure I have both of these things, yet the options to craft the item are greyed out, see below

What am I missing?

Resolved – I didn’t have inventory space for the crafted item.
