There are currently stats available for exotic equipment that are not available for ascended. Does anyone know if these stats (like givers and the new TVH set) be available for ascended equipment in the future?

TThe reason why there are no ascended versions of celestial, sprocket or the the new trinkets is because ascended jewelcrafting hasnt been introduced yet.
Sentinel and Givers maybe has been left out becasue mayor vit might be op and boon duration is capped by 100% anyways. They also would have to make snowflakes available year round for givers.

TVH is ascended. You just need to purchase it from the NPCs out in Dry Top
