I found that when I crafted my deldimor chest plate and lining both pieces were able to be sold and bought on the TP. However when I crafted my axe handle and blade they were not. The axe handle and blade have been sitting in my bank for several months and the armor pieces were crafted this past weekend. Was there a change recently that allows the newer crafted items to be sold? If not why are armor pieces able to be sold but not weapon parts?

It has been that way as long as I can remember, so it isn’t down to when you crafted them. If I had to guess as to why it is that way I would say that they had a change of heart between weapons and armours as to which pieces they wanted to make sellable, but didn’t want to make any retroactive changes. Or they forgot. Either way it is an unexplained anomaly that has been around for a while.

If only you could get rewarded ascended crafting gear through playing pvp, GW2 might have a chance of becoming esports again.

The problem with that is that people would abuse it and farm them just like some people farm ranks for whatever reason.
