There’s some news or hint about when they gonna be in the game? Or if it’s a sure thing.

The recipes (Verata’s) have already been datamined. I’m quite certain they will become available in a later chapter.

And true enough, they are now available.

• Verata inscriptions/insignia are bought from the Bandit Crest vendors.
• Recipes for the actual armor/weapon pieces are acquired from recipe books from Lost Bandit Chests. They can also be bought/sold on the TP.
