Guild Wars 2

I took a bit of a break from GW2 for about 4 months or so. Had a few questions about ascended armor.

1)When I left the cost required to get 500 in armorsmithing was something like 200-300 g. Has this changed? Is there a guide to optimal armorsmith leveling? Im currently 465.

2)What is the approx cost to get a full set of ascended armor after I hit 500.

3)The pvp ascended rewards look promising! Any rough estimates of drop % of ascended armor boxes?
