Having a massive issue with Crystalline dusts salvaged from ectos.

After I salvaged ectos for crystalline dust, I am now unable to promote charged cores to lodestones using the dust from the ectos. Afer I deposited the salvaged dust in my bank, now none of the dust works for the core to lodestone promotion recepies such as this one:

UPDATE: Restarting the client fixes this issue. If you salvaged dust from ectos and can no longer Mystic forge them you need to restart.
