Back Pieces

Other than the items you can buy out of the TP, where can I find a current list of back pieces that can be crafted (ex: Tempered Spinal Blades)? Quite a few of the lists I have found are from past events/patches and the items are obscure/pain to find to make them. All I want is a list or resource that I can work on them. I am fairly new to the game (almost 2 months) and am still learning. =) Thanks for any help.
