I was wondering the best way to get Globs of Ectoplasm, If you could explane in detail what i should do to be able to get these without using the TP

Any salvageable rares or exotics of 70+ to my knowledge have the possibility to drop them on salvage attempt. Just note that rares have far lesser chance of it, since the globs are exotic materials, and I believe you need to hit the 25% chance on master’s kit to even get them from rares.

Well, I just salvage level +70 rare and exotic armor and weapons and vóila, I get Globs of Ectoplasm. IDK of any other way.

You salvage exotics and rares of level 70+ with best quality salvaging kits you can get your hands on (master’s). These attempts yield 1-3 globs.

You can obtain Glob of Ectoplasm from weapons. I just salvaged a lvl 77 rare sword I picked up from the Avatar of Grenth event and obtained 2. Any rares and exotics (depending on the value in the TP) I will salvage to gather up ectos for my armor set.

Rares (or better) of a certain level can be salvaged into ecto if you’re lucky.

and no you do not need a specific kit (ive gotten ecto from the 88copper kit before) but I believe the higher salvage rate will help.
