I would like one, anyone know how you get the recipe?

I heard the item itself is a super rare drop from the arah dungeon. The recipe for it is even rarer (even rare than getting a precursor from mf or from a random drop in the world. that or not enough people are doing arah).

I think anyone who has gotten their hands on a recipe will be an instant millionaire. (well, sorta. hardly no mat investment, just time and a bit of silver for repairs).

Well the recipe he posted is in the OP (the only issue is it requires an unlock)

1 x Orichalcum Setting
1 x Orichalcum Chain
200 x Shards of Zhaitan

= Bloodstone Fragment (you need to be a 400 Jeweler to make it – or have someone who’s a 400 Jeweler that has the shards to make it)

Uhm, ye, the recipe should be an ultra rare drop from arah chests. Honestly, considering the present and incoming ascended items to focus on, don’t worth the hassle.
200 tokens are not so worthy to gather just for an exotic amulet.
Millionaire? Nah. It’s soulbound rofl

Actually, it’s still worth quite a bit in the BLTC. You should check there. It is worth nearly 13g at the moment.

…and as others have said, getting an ascended amulet is another alternative.
