If I were to but all the mats to craft one bolt of damask then sell it on the TP how much is the “time gated” part of it actually worth? like how much return would I get has anyone done the math as im sure if there is a return many people would be doing this right now

That is not really flipping. Just selling time.
This actually makes crafting more like some other games where making 1 item can take 4 minutes of real time.

That uses the highest sell price so you can make more if you use buy orders instead and you can check the price history to see if you can sell it for higher.
