I’m not sure what you’re thinking of, but the “simple” legs are the level 5 recipe. The total cost of the materials should be one vial of weak blood, one bronze ingot, one bolt of jute, one spool of jute thread.
Can confirm the bug, though. My armorsmith is showing the required materials as 4, 14, 4 and 8. I’d rather not test to see if these numbers are correct, as I have no use for the leggings and don’t want to potentially waste 14 bronze ingots on making them.
