Hi, This might be a stupid question but is it possible to un-soulbind Ascended Koss on Koss book?

I made it a while back and now I have a Quiver of Swift Flight and wanted to know if I can make the Koss on Koss back to account bound so I can give it to my alt.

I heard you can can downgrade then some how and make then back to account bound?

I dont know if thats true or not, but I would like to know if its possible and how it can be done.

if u upgrade it to infused it’ll be acc bound.

But its already infused. can i re-infuse it to make it account bound?
