Guild Wars 2

I crafted some lvl 65 gold jewelry to mail to my alt acct. I can’t mail them, can’t bank them in the guild bank.
When I hover over the items it shows equip or destroy??
Did this new patch make all crafted jewelry soulbound or account bound? It clearly says only soulbound on use on the tool tip.

EDIT: Just got word from a kind soul taking pity on my in LA. I made the mistake of slotting the jewelry now I’m left with some worthless mats and loss of embellished jewels.
