I bought some rare level 80 daggers with Power Toughness and Vitaility the other day and wondered whether exotic versions can be made, so I don’t have to run a dungeon.

Anyone know?

I’m sure I read that the only exotic PVT weapons were from running AC and getting the tokens, but if they can made made as a rare can’t they be made as exotic?

Power/Toughness/Vitality stats gear cannot be crafted, whether rare or exotic.

Besides AC, you can also get them from SE and HotW.

Certain karma vendors in Orr will also have armor pieces with these stats.

Could I upgrade it via the mystic forge?

You can also get power/vit/toughness weapons using WvWvW badges if you want to go that route.

Both armor and weapons have the same stat sets from the same fine materials (insignia vs inscription), neither can be crafted with Power/Toughness/Vitality stats.
