Can I still use the transmutation stone on legendary + white item to pass an item to my alt then use the de-transmuter ?

Yes you can. I just moved a couple legendaries from one char to another tonight. Just remember though you will lose any infusions you got on them.

Crafted: Meteorlogicus, Incinerator, Juggernaut, Sunrise, Bifrost, The Dreamer, Kudzu
