Can you throw same GS in the mystic

Can I throw 4 greatswords in the mystic forge(all from tokens, same dungeon and exotic), and get a exotic random gs?
For example, 4 gs from twilight arbor

the only limiting factor is the rarity type

That and not being able to throw 4 pieces of jewelry in for some reason.
