If you make a legendary, use the transmuation stones on a non-bound item does it bound automaticly? Thanks.

well if i read and understand this correctly if you use any tranmute stone on an item that says" Soulbound on Use" it does become soulbound to the person that used it.

Legendaries are Soulbound on Use, no need to use transmutation stones if you want to move it to another character.

I now want to see someone make a legendary and send it to a low level Alt

Actually the world first Moot was sent to a lvl40 character. But it’s still a lvl80 weapon, so he had to lvl up before he could equip it…

Wait, so does that mean that legendaries are trade-able?
