Cant discover Spicy Pumpkin cookies(cooking)
Cookie was a recipie.. not sure why you are not getting poultry leek soup. I got that one the other day and it is through discovery.
oh, but I still cant discover poultry leek soup. I can put in bowl of cream soup and leek, but it wont let me put i the slab of poultry meat.

Spicy Pumpkin Cookie isn’t a discoverable recipe, you need to buy the recipe from the Halloween vendor, which sadly is no longer available.
