After todays update the fractal relics has been put into the wallet. (but not the pristine ones). Now I cant combine or break down mists essence. Need a new patch =)

They have added a new item you can purchase with the relics that replaces the relics in the recipes.

Go check out the Relic vendor.

They did not as of yet. Staring at the shopkeeper right now and there is NOTHING of the sort, and in fact NOTHING new at all. ANet has mentioned making somthing like that, but it is not implemented.

Waiting for a solution for that too.

Anet has acknowledged this problem and is working on a solution. Let’s just hope that solution happens this week.

Fractal Relics (the regular ones) have been removed from Mystic Forge recipes. Those recipes now use Piles of Crystalline Dust instead.

With regards to dungeon tokens and crafting: You can buy Offerings from the vendors that sell you the dungeon armors and then use them in the crafting recipes.
