I am trying to create some Celestial Armor. I just created the insignia today, along with the intended armor section. But, I when I go to “Discover” the insignia doesn’t show up. Any thoughts?

You have to purchase the recipe for the armor pieces also. Search the TP, you will find them.
They are NOT discoverable.
Is this for the exotic pieces too? Not quite worried about the Ascended pieces… yet =)
All celestial pieces.
