Ok, so there’s recipes for the insignias and that and then there’s ALSO recipes for the celestial weapons/armor/jewelry. Does this mean I need BOTH recipes? Or does it work like any other weapon/armor in the game where all you need is the insignia and then you discover the rest?

I don’t think they need to be 80, because I was able to learn them high 70s (I’m 80 now on my ele).

While the two under 80 characters I have (with 400 crafting) could learn the component piece, neither of them can mem the finished goods recipes because they have an 80th level requirement on them.

I haven’t gotten to making one yet, and he’s level 80 now, i thought you were talking about learning the recipe.

I am. I can’t learn a recipe to make, say, a knife (so I might give that knife to my Elementalist) on my 49th level Guardian. There is a level requirement to learn the recipe, even though I have a 400 crafting ability.

I could, however, learn the inscription recipe that goes with it.
