Before I go making some celestial gear I just want to confirm whether the end result (the gear itself) is soulbound or account bound?

So lets say I want to make celestial gear for my ele but my necro is the one with lvl 400 in tailor. Can I make the gear on my necro then transfer it to my ele or will I have to do it the hard way and level my ele to 400 in tailor?

It’s Account Bound (and obviously Soulbound on Use as it’s Exotic).
