Yes, u can, my friends have changed the sigil. Does not affect legendary status.

I’m pretty sure you can. It’s only if you transmute the Legendary to an Exotic/Ascended item that it loses its status.

Hmm I don’t see in the wiki nothing about this, and I want to be 100 % sure before kitten it up.
So if you have a link or if you have a Legendary and already swap the rune let me know please=)
