Im using the chef craftsmanship, im on 46 of Chef crafting, it does not want to increase my crafting no matter how much i craft

You have to craft recipes that are colors other than white to gain experience. Orange (exotic color) gives the most experience of known recipes. Alternatively, use the discovery panel to discover new recipes — that gives a lot of XP if the recipe is near your current level.
