These things say account bound and one-time use, which intrigues me. Does that mean that when you become this profession for the first time on any character you automatically get those items? If not that, then what does it mean?

How many did you open, wonder if it’s always the same.

You can only buy one chef kit per account, so you can only use it once and then it not available any more.

The same for the other crafting kits.
