Anyone has a guide?

but its expensive for my limited budget, anyway, i just want the cheapest way to get to 500

Any guides/tips?

Usually, discovering and crafting destroyer or corrupted weapons yields a couple of gold of profit. However, this method requires you to have a good amount of gold to invest into lodestones and it will take some time until the weapons sell.

Also, the Superior Sigils of Torment and Bursting, as well as the Toxic Maintenance Oil yield profit to craft, if you have those recipes.

Bows are cheap, thanks to the fact they use wood and leather which are both SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than Orichalcum. Obviously the insignia will still be expensive to make, but both bows should be your go to items for discovery if you want to save money.

There are a few ways to cut down costs, but most of them only save you money in the long run.

If you use maintenance oils craft a bunch of them when you are around 425.

At 450 work out what materials you are going to need in order to make your ascended weapons and craft these. This bit is time gated so it will probably take you a week even if you have the materials on hand.

There are some inscriptions that can be obtained by salvaging weapons (magi, shaman, soldiers). If you have been running dungeons look for weapons with these stats at the dungeons vendors and salvage away.

Also, you are going to want to hit the world boss events for dragonite. You are going to need 500 dragonite per weapon. High level world bosses such as temple events give you 20-30, while low level event such as Shadow Behemoth give you about 4. You also get a guaranteed rare item, which should be salvaged for ectoplasm. Doing these events is necessary for dragonite and the rare drops will go a fair way to defraying your costs. By the time you have enough dragonite you should have around 50 ecto from salvaging.

Crafting 400-425 is pretty cheap if you refine Hardened Leather if you don’t have or want to buy/farm the Oricalcum or Ancient Wood.

Crafting 450-475 is when you can get xp from crafting “gold-free” ascended materials such as Bloodstone and Dragonite, however it can be expensive Karma/Fractal Token/Laurel-wise. I don’t believe Bloodstone should be too hard/expensive to get.

475-500 you basically just need to discover weapons. I’d suggest discovering all of the warhorn and torch basic recipes(the ones you can just buy from the vendors)

Not true, bows require 4 Ancient Wood planks(~56s) which is 12 logs(~60s). Torches and horns both are 2 Oricalcum Ingots and 2 planks (total ~48s) or 4 ores and 6 logs (total ~50s).

If you’re choosing to T6 mat farm every day and not rely on the tp to get mats I’d even say making pistols and even rifles would be cheaper timewise, since it’s more of a mix of both ingots and wood, and you’d wouldn’t lose as much when using the tp to exchange ingots for planks due to the 15% charge when you sell items

This. If you use this method correctly you can actually turn a decent profit crafting your disciplines to 500. I made probably around 50-75 gold across all three professions, but, like Wanze said, you need to pretty large initial investment and it takes some time.

It was DIRTY CHEAP getting to 425, hardened leather and hardened strings all the way

Cost me 1g mats at most!

From 425-500 i found a new way to make proffit of TP, pretty solid break even point and a very stable market for it.

Am mostly going to discover weapons all the way to 450 then gona follow your advice on gold free items till 475

Any tips for 475-500?
