Are mystic clovers account bound? Is the gift of fortune account bound?

What level/type of great swords are needed to make the dusk of rage, wiki says 75+rare/exotics others say 80 rare/exotics and some say only 80 exotics work, any information on this?

75 and above rares/exotics. Mystic Clovers are account bound, as are all the gifts.

so does throwing in 80 exotics just give a better chance?

To be honest, it’s completely random. I haven’t seen anyone provide evidence proving a certain level of rare/exotic yielding better results. You have to go in, thinking that it’s completely random as to what your results will be.

combining 4 exotics always results in another exotic, so the chance to get the dusk/dawn should be higher
combining 4 rares results in an exotic about 10-20% of the time, so its obviously less likely to get the Dusk/Dawn, but it might be cheaper if you get lucky
