If anyone has tried cooking WITHOUT using a web guide and has wound up with several cooking components used for higher recipes will probably agree with me: the collection library should be expanded to include crafted crafting components as well as uncommon and rare mats like cores and essences. If not I suppose we could all just roll bank characters with huge bags but that seems silly.

Yes please. I haven’t used a guide for my cooking (which shows why it’s only 175), and I really hate the amount of inventory space that cooking ingredients take up. Some way of putting these into collections would be great.

Cooking is a pain in the rear due to the patching to stop the money making exploits (finished items selling for vastly more than the ingredients used were worth).

Anything that could be sold to a vendor now has no sell price, limiting you to 4 choices. You either eat it, give it away to guildies, sell it for a pittance on the Trading Post or just flat out delete it.

To be honest, most of it can just be deleted because the stats are incredibly situational and something you’d use only once or twice in a blue moon. My advice is to level your cooking all the way then look at the statted food you are likely to use and delete everything else.
