Guild Wars 2

Been scouring the internets in search of either drop information or unlock information for the masterwork food for cooking.
I am specifically referring to the tray of x or bowls of x.
How do I unlock these recipes?
If these are drops where is there a list of drop locations?

According to wiki, you MF the food item, mystic coins, crystals, and elonian wine to make the recipes.

Is there a set number of wines, crystals and coins? How do I find this info so I dont destroy the coins crystals and wine in trial and error?

You can’t destroy anything, the Mystic Forge won’t let you.

Some of the recipes use varying amounts of Elonian Wine and crystals. You can buy one Wine and one set of crystals, and the Forge will tell you how many more you need.

I’m assuming you mean the feasts and tray’s you can make.
