Hi

Looking for a rough estimate of crafting this as if its over 400g then I cannot be bothered…
I know weaponsmithing 500 takes around 15og
How much would i be expecting to pay for the rest of the materials?

Thanks

Since I have never owned 400 gold and I have crafted four Ascended weapons, I think the cost must be less. I am going to look what it would right now cost to buy all the stuff you can buy for it. The prices change, of course, but not that much.

After you reach lvl 500 you will need:

Recipe: 3 g + 5 laurels

6 Deldrimoor Steel Ingots (4 g 9 s each)
100 Thermocatalytic Reagent (abour 15 s each from crafting master)
10 Crystalline Dust (16 s each)

Beigarth’s Knight Inscription (38 g)

Roughly 73 g 50 silver. (All prices at the time of typing this.)

And a Vision Crystal, which cannot be bought. For that you must farm your own Empyreals, Bloodstone and Dragonite.

I just upped from 400 to 500 and crafted the Zojja rifle, it cost me 100g but I reselled my craftings and i had a huge stock of wood and metal so i bought none but the T2, T3 and T4 needed for crafting of the T7 . I still have a huge stock of metal left in prevision of the armorsmith… No wood left, and 100g poorer.

The only reason to level to 500 is to craft your own ascended stuff or if you really want the achievement points for grandmaster.

Having said that, you never know what they will release down the line, but you can always do the crafting if something new comes out. Also, I can’t imagine precursor crafting wouldn’t involve level 500 crafting.

Based on the datamined information it wouldn’t be very surprising if it involves no crafting at all.
