I’m wanting to level Artificer.

1. Should I do it on an alt that I’m leveling or on my main? My only concern is legendaries require skill points for certain items. As they’re stupidly not account bound, I have to worry about that aspect.

2. I hear they’re resetting discoveries which makes me think I should level today??

They are only resetting the level 400 discoverys so craft away without worry.

I would level on an alt, to get the regular xp as well.

Concerning skillpoints: Some champoins drop those skillpoint scrolls which are account bound. So you can farm those on your main and click them with your alt.

Skill points are now not a concern – if you need them, go and use those skill point scrolls from champ farming on your alt.
