Pretty simple question here… are the Legendary ingredients that need to be crafted through a maxxed out craft skill account-bound or character-bound? I want to know if I have to max a third skill on the char I want a legendary on, or if I can just use another char who has that skill already almost-maxed, saving a lot of time and money.

The gifts that require 400 crafting to make are account bound

Don’t quote me on this, but I think they are account bound. Might be best to wait for someone knowledgeable on the situation to reply.

I made Gift of Metal few days ago and it is account bound.

Everything but the Bloodstone Shard is Account Bound.
