Someone posted few days back.
The guide has been updated, use to be 1g guide but now @ 1.85g due to mats price change.
Especially Pile of Tangy Seasoning, from 6c to 2.3s.

Yeah as things mats get spiked he updates it to better reflect market prices and try to keep it cheap.

Bottle of simple dressing did spike slightly but it’s still super cheap to make and everything can be bought from the vendor so it’s not a big deal.

It’s not everything it’s cracked up to be. There are some foods that you can make a profit on that sell fast but people find them and flood that market and then it evens out. Often times it’s much cheaper to buy some foods then it is to make them so it’s not even profitable to make your own foods. You could have sold the mats for more and then bought the food.

There are some exceptions though. Some of the high level foods that are used a lot stick to about a break even point to make then sell because of taxes. If you don’t plan to sell then you never pay that 15% tax so they save you money.

That allows you to make food cheaper for guildies too. I make food at cost for guildies but sometimes they pay what the 5% list tax would have bene so i get a slight profit and they still save 10% from buying on TP.

Mostly though, there isn’t much profit to be made and lots of inventory is used by huge stacks on karma bulk stuff.
